MATTUTINE AL LATTE

Florentine croissants since 1929, naturally leavened for 24 hrs minimum, with natural yeast (lievito madre), perfect to be filled with chocolate spread or jams. Mattutine are produced without preservatives, colorings or hydrogenated fats, and to be tasted in the best way we suggest you to put in the oven (or micro wave oven) for 10/20 seconds.
